What to compare
Provider network
Most plans use a network. Confirm your doctors, specialists and hospitals are in it before you enroll.
Total yearly cost
Look past the premium: copays, deductibles and the out-of-pocket maximum all matter.
Drug coverage
Check that your prescriptions and pharmacy are covered, and at what cost tier.
Good to know
Plans change yearly
Benefits and networks can change every January 1. Review your Annual Notice of Change each fall.
Availability varies
Plans depend on your county and ZIP code, and can differ block to block near county lines.
You must keep Parts A and B
And keep paying your Part B premium, even while enrolled in an Advantage plan.

Are extra benefits like dental and vision included?
